2. Subscription & Billing
FitScan AI offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
3. Free Trial
Annual plan includes a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
4. Use of Service
FitScan AI is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to access it using unauthorized methods.
5. Health Disclaimer
FitScan AI provides general nutrition and fitness information for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Decidely LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of FitScan AI.
