CleanScan ("the app") is developed by Decidely LLC. This policy describes how the app handles your information.

The short version: we don't collect anything.

Data Collection CleanScan does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal data. The app has no user accounts, no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no servers of its own.

Photos and Videos CleanScan requests access to your photo library solely to analyze it on your device and help you find duplicates, similar photos, screenshots, blurry photos and large videos. All analysis happens locally on your iPhone using Apple's on-device frameworks. Your photos and videos are never uploaded anywhere.

Contacts and Calendar If you use the contacts or calendar cleaning features, CleanScan accesses that data only on your device to find duplicates or old events. Before any change to your contacts, an automatic local backup (.vcf file) is created on your device. Nothing is transmitted off your iPhone.

Private Space Files you add to the Private Space are encrypted with AES-256 and stored only on your device. The encryption key is stored in your iPhone's Keychain. We have no access to it.

Purchases Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information.

Notifications If you enable reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device.

Children's Privacy CleanScan does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
