How do I restore my Premium purchase? / ¿Cómo restauro mi compra Premium?

Open Oli → go to the Today tab → tap the gear icon → "Already Premium? Restore purchase". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Abre Oli → pestaña Hoy → ícono de engranaje → "¿Ya eres Premium? Restaurar compra". Asegúrate de usar el mismo Apple ID de la compra original.

How do I cancel my subscription? / ¿Cómo cancelo mi suscripción?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Oli → Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period.

Las suscripciones las gestiona Apple: Ajustes del iPhone → tu nombre → Suscripciones → Oli → Cancelar. Mantienes Premium hasta el fin del período pagado.

How does the 7-day free trial work? / ¿Cómo funciona la prueba gratis de 7 días?

Annual and Family plans include 7 free days. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

How do I save my progress? / ¿Cómo guardo mi progreso?

Tap the gear icon and sign in with Apple. Your streak, XP, and lessons sync to the cloud and across your devices.

What are hearts? / ¿Qué son los corazones?

You lose a heart with each mistake. Hearts regenerate over time (1 per hour), or go unlimited with Premium.
